type(Matrix_lsr), intent(in) :: matrix

The matrix to send.
type(Matrix_lsr), intent(inout) :: gathered_matrix

The matrix we are gathering.
type(ReduceHelper_t), intent(inout) :: helper

The helper associated with this gather.
