A function that converts a sparse matrix to a dense matrix.

Arguments

Type IntentOptional AttributesName
type(Matrix_lsr), intent(in) :: sparse_matrix

The sparse matrix to convert.
type(Matrix_ldr), intent(inout) :: dense_matrix

Output. Must be preallocated.
