MatrixNorm Interface

Compute the norm of a distributed sparse matrix along the rows.

Arguments

type(Matrix_ps),	intent(in)			::	this	The matrix to compute the norm of.

Return Value real(kind=NTREAL)

The norm value of the full distributed sparse matrix.
