Computes the matrix sign function.

Arguments

type(Matrix_ps),	intent(in)			::	Mat	The input matrix.
type(Matrix_ps),	intent(inout)			::	SignMat	The sign of Mat.
type(SolverParameters_t),	intent(in),	optional		::	solver_parameters_in	Parameters for the solver.

public subroutine PolarDecomposition(Mat, Umat, Hmat, solver_parameters_in)

Computes the polar decomposition of a matrix Mat = U*H.
